Rob formed the Company in 1994 and has used over 20 years’ experience in Traffic Management to take the Company from strength to strength. Rob manages the finances of the business and is involved with marketing, promoting new areas of business and estimating. He is available to clients for meetings and advise where required.

Steve joined the Company in July 2009. He is responsible for labour, transport, health and safety, site inspections and 12D site operations. He holds the 12D T7 qualification.

Mark has worked for the Company for over 20 years and is responsible for all yard operations including equipment maintenance and repairs. He also works in our ‘sign shop’ printing legend for special signs where required. Mark is an experienced traffic management 12A operative.

Lesley has worked for Midlands Traffic Management for 18 years and has over 25 years’ industry experience. She is responsible for the day to day running of the business, estimating, traffic management drawings and 12A site operations. Lesley is also responsible for Quality Assurance and Environmental standards.

Robyn has worked for the Company for 10 years. She is responsible for all accounting functions, training and personnel. Robyn is currently training to become an internal auditor.
