Rob Shimwell
Managing Director

Rob formed the Company in 1994 and has used over 20 years’ experience in Traffic Management to take the Company from strength to strength. Rob manages the finances of the business and is involved with marketing, promoting new areas of business and estimating. He is available to clients for meetings and advise where required.

Steve Hodson
Operations Manager

Steve joined the Company in July 2009. He is responsible for labour, transport, health and safety, site inspections and 12D site operations. He holds the 12D T7 qualification.

Mark Adams
Yard Manager

Mark has worked for the Company for over 20 years and is responsible for all yard operations including equipment maintenance and repairs. He also works in our ‘sign shop’ printing legend for special signs where required. Mark is an experienced traffic management 12A operative.

Robyn Shimwell
Accounts Manager

Robyn has worked for the Company for 10 years. She is responsible for all accounting functions, training and personnel. Robyn is currently training to become an internal auditor.
